Hello,

History of pain in the Right groin region and the pain is radiating in nature.
There may be many causes attributed to this pain and I'm mentioning some of it.
The most common cause may be due to Musculoskeletal pain.
Due to radiating nature the may be involvement of nerve roots in the spinal column.
Renal stones can cause a similar type of pain.
Any pelvic inflammation or tumors may also be the reason.
You need diagnostic procedures to confirm the cause of pain.
Take the help of your doctor.
