Pain In The Right Temple Due To Hit With Intermittent Localized Headache

Hi. Just hit my head w/ corner or car door. Vein in right temple is bulging (about 1.5 inches in length) ,painful to the touch, intermittent localized headache pain around site. Feel a little pain chewing or opening mouth since this vein has some connection to related muscles. Concern?
