Pain In The Testicle. Doubt About Vein Problems. Suggest

Hi, I have had an ache in my left testicle that comes on and off. I'm not worried about it, it's just uncomfortable. I read about vein problems and it sounds like what I'm experiencing. I can feel strandy things in between my testicles and body. They are obviously normal veins and things but they sometime feel enlarged and tender, any help would be much appreciated!

Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Varicocele.

However this can be confirmed only on clinical examination and basic investigations like Ultrasound scanning of the scrotum and colour Doppler study of the scrotum.

Please consult qualified urologist for clinical assessment and further advice as regards the treatment.
