Pain In The Testicles While Urination. Ia It Normal?
Once in a while, when I use w/e muscle it is to hold my pee from coming out (even if it s a little amount of pee), I get a sharp pain near the inside of my testicles. Around the area near the base of my penis and the base of my testicles near the top. Is this normal? It happens like once a month.

Thanks for your query.You are getting pain in testicles and at the base of the penis on attempting to hold on urination. This is due to contraction of the other muscles having the innervation by the same nerve that innervate the External Sphincter of Urethra.e.g Cremastic muscle of the Testis,and Crura of Penis etc.
