Pain In Thigh Muscles And Sole, Difficulty Walking, Dizzy And Blurred, Pathological Tests Done, Taken Injection

Hi, i was normal till 1 year back. But from last one year i feel that i am not able to walk. Calf and thigh muscles as well as sole always remain in pain. All pathological tests normal. Vitamin B12 normal at 327 but Vit D came 5.6. Two dose of Inj. already recieved but no relieef. Always feel dizzy. Feel that how i am walking. , the floor seems uneven...Consulted to some top doc of New Delhi but no fruitful results...
