Pain In Upper Back, Neck And Shoulders With Tight And Sore Muscles With Increased Burping. Any Thoughts?

We had a big Christmas feast yesterday. About a half hour later it hurt to take a deep breath. The pain was in my upper back and head, today it is in my neck and shoulders on the right side. It is kind of like it feels like my muscles are tight and sore when I take a deep breath that's how I would describe the pain. I have been burping more than normal as well. Do you know what it is?

Hi...it looks like gaseous distension...take some ppi and take small and frequent meals and walk for a while after meals...
