Pain In Upper Shoulder Area, Spreading To Chest. Light Smoker. What Could Be This?

I have had a pain in the upper shoulder area of my back for a couple days, last night I could hardly turn over in bed. It has started to spread to my chest also right hand side. This is the 2nd time this has happened the chest pain lasted for 2/3 weeks last time. I am a light smoker, although have vowed never to move again. I don't have a cough and haven't noticed any shortness of breath. Any advice I'm worried it may be as serious as lung cancer ?

Hi, it appears that you have cardiac ischemia, gastric hyper acidity, cervical spondylosis, or arthritis of the shoulder. So i advise you to consult a cardiologist to avoid cardiac involvement.
You may need to have E.C.G, ECHO CARDIOGRAM, and threadmill test for excluding the cardiac involvement, and silent cardiac ischemia.
Thank you.
