Pain In Uterus While Urinating. Having Missed Period. Operated For Appendicitis But Was Not Diagnosed. Advice?

I just had an acute appendicitis surgery and only after I am operated I was told it was not appendicitis and doctor not able to diagnose
My last period was on 13 March and up-to-date, I missed my period. I have tested with home pregnancykit but results; negative.
I do feel some pain in my uterus when I urinate.
Kindly advise what are the possibilities I am facing?

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
You are having pain in lower abdomen, especially during micturition and you recently got operated for appendicitis.
You have various possibilities, infection of operated site, urinary tract infection, pelvic inflammatory disease and local peritonitis.
You need to consult a general surgeon and Gynecologist and get examined and investigated by urine R&M and culture, Complete blood count, and ultrasonography of abdomen.
you have also missed your period which is possibly due to stress of surgery but please confirm by Beta HCG in blood and Transvaginal sonography to be sure and in any case to rule out tubal pregnancy.
