I AM ADDICTED TO MASTURBATION.AND AFTER IT I FEEL PAIN IN WRIST JOINTS,FINGERS AND I FEEL WEAK AND TIRED.I HAVE SEARCHED ALOT ABOUT ITS EFFECTS.MANY DOCTORS SAID THAT IT IS A MYTH AND THERE ARE NO SIDE EFFECTS. BUT THERE ARE SIDE EFFECTS WHICH I HAVE EXPERIENCED, SO PLEASE DOCTOR TELL ME TRUTH AND TELL ME DIET PLAN FOR RECOVERY I AM WORRIED ABOUT IT.

In fact, Masturbation is completely normal & doesn't have any bad effect to the body and mind.
