Pain On Both Sides Of Lower Back, Frequent Urination, Breathlessness, Pain On Walking. Treatment?
i have pain in both sides of my lower back. It comes and goes it might be on one side then not the other and then it can be on both... its above my butt almost the waistline area and can go around my side too a bit... i have frequent urination and sometimes i go and feel like i still need to go. hurts to breath sometimes or causes shortness of breath and hurts when i walk what might this be

Thanks for your query.You have back ache and frequent urination and breathlessness.This could be either due to Urinary stones somewhere in the kidney and Ureter.or due to spasm of the muscles of the back Please get your routine Urine examination and Ultrasound of the abdomen done to rule out possibility of urinary stones..If it turns out to be negative consult some orthopedic surgeon for examination and treatment for aback ache.
