Pain On Foot, Toes, Lower Leg, Groin And Hip. Suffering From Arthritis. Suggestions?

I have unusual swelling on the ball of my foot and above the foot just in front of the toes..
have had pain for some time in the lower leg..ie..calf..also in my groin area and around the hip ..right side..
I do suffer from arthritis and put this constant pain which is worse when I am seated or have my leg up..standing walking certainly helps..

u r having arthritis.u require absolute bed rest in hard bed .At present avoid squtting, sitting on floor.use europian toilet.
secondly,take analgesic-antiinflammatory.
third,do hot fomentation
apply locally, analgesic ointment.
