Pain On Inside Of Left Knee. Taking Advil, Not Getting Better. Suggestions?

My leg aches consistently on the inside of my left knee. This has been going on for about five days. I have tried Advil, some antiinflamatory salve and icing four times per day. This doesn't seem to help. I thought it was getting a little better but today it was as bad as it has been. It is hard to get comfortable for sleeping.

Hello,
Welcome at HCM.

If your pain aggravates with movements & there is no history of injury then this can be either arthritis or sprain of ligament. These pain does subsides with rest ,application of warm pack & good analgesics. If advil or aleeve is not helping then you may add tramadol on prescription.

Hope this will help you.

With best wishes.
