Pain On Left Side Chest, Near To Left Breast, Went Under Armpit , Headache, Dizzy, Nausea. Reason?
I am a 36 y/o female who went to a local medical clinic 3 days ago complaining of pain on the left side of my chest mainly near my left breast and it went under my armpit the doctor there suggested I go to the er which I did and I was fine they didn t really give me an answer but just said it wasn t a heart attack . the past two days I have been extremely tired and while laying in bed get really dizzy and the room starts spinning. I feel weak, I ache all over have a slight headache and feel nausea and a slight temperature that comes and goes.. any suggestions?

From history it appears that you might be having viral fever.
Due to fever you may get nausea, generalized body ache and dizziness.
as your cardiac test is normal, nothing to worry.
Take paracetamol tablet for 1-2 days and you will be alright.
Take light diet and plenty of water.
Okl and take care.
