What Could Cause Headache, Nausea, Lightheadedness With Pain In Lower Back And Stomach?

I have been feeling like I m going to passout or light headed in other words I also been having a headache that keeps coming back for the past week now and nausea. I have pain in my low back and low stomach also pain below my breast. I been having problems for over a month having bowel movements. But I m worried because for a week I been having headache, nausea, and light headed!

Thank you for the query.

Your symptoms may be caused by several things including acute pancreatitis, gallstones, urinary tract infection, urinary tract stones, pregnancy.
If you have also frequent urinating, burning while urinating, urinary tract issues are most probable.
If your abdomen is hard and painful when pressing it, nausea and vomiting appears after every meal, gallstones and pancreatitis can be the reason.
Headache and lightheadedness are caused by some infection or low hemoglobin level.
Please do not wait any longer. Consult your doctor and have some tests done. Abdominal ultrasound, blood work, liver tests, pancreas tests, urine analysis should be done at first.
