Pain, Soreness In Breast, Back, Numbness In Leg. No Lumps Found In Breast. Cause?
ok, for past two weeks have had pain, sornes on very left side of left breast sometimes under the arm area. hard to tell exact point. First started as a pinching feeling but now is more like a pain/sorness. Is there most of the time. Have also been feeling a tingling numbness in my left leg and a bit in left arm. Have a very sore upper back at moment too? Cant feel any lumps in breast or armpit area?

Since your history of illness is very ambiguous so very difficult to evaluate any diagnosis after going through this short history.
Since pain is on the left side and also radiating to the left arm ,so may be due to heart trouble but you have not mentioned about Blood pressure so can't say exactly.
May be due to any disease in lung ( left ) ,so please get in an X ray of chest for any lung pathology ( disease).
On the other side you mentioned that there is numbness in the left leg so considering this point may be due to diabetic reason .
In my opinion the best way is get in blood for lipid ( B P & heart ), sugar level ( neuropathy), X ray for lung involvement.
Last option may be breast involvement so mammography will be helpful .
