Pain, Swelling, Dark Bruises On The Forearm, No Insect Bite, No Injury. Cause?
Well yesterday morning I went out to my shed to gather things for our yard sale,this was about 7/7:30 A.M..I dont recall hurting my left forearm ,nor recall being bitten....but I stayed outside for yard sale for close to about 5-6 hours and never got any better....Umm well its currently nearing 24 hours and its painful,swollen,darkly bruised...any suggestions???

u need to have the following.....
1. immediate x-ray of left forearm both ap and lat view to look for any fracture
2. painkiller aceclofenac bd or voveron bd along with pantoprazole 40 md
3. bedanzen forte tab thrice daily
4. apply analgesic gel locally, apply ice on it
visit local doctors
follow my advice

It seems to be a bad case of an insect/scorpion/spider bite. Tablet Motrin 1 tablet taken every 4-6 hours would help reduce the swelling. But I would suggest you go to the ER and get yourself examined. You might need an antivenom and some treatment to reduce the bleeding.
