Pain, Swelling During Menopause. Need For Concern?

I am a healthy 46 yr old woman. I have been lucky to have had almost no female problems. I have been struggling w mentapause for about 10 years. The last few days, after starting, I am experiencing alot of pain. After "self examination" something in there hurts and appears to be enlarged. Am I freaking out for nothing? I'm a bit scared I forgot to mention...I cant afford a doctor or I would not be looking for answers via the internet. Obamah needs to get off his ass. I have busted my ass raising two very successful children with out the governments help!!!Where are they now? Forgive me for being a bit PISSED!!!!! P.S. I am a hard core Demo. Which makes it even more frusterating. My fathers best friend was Pres. of the AFLCIO for over 20 years.

Please understand, and I totally empathize with you, that you NEED to have an internal check up by OB GYN to find the answers.
You could be having anything from a vast variety of conditions.
There is no point speculating over it.
