Hello user,
As per the reports say, there is some protenicious fluid collection near hip region, the cause of which can be known by percutaneous aspiration of the fluid of the lesion, with prior consult of a pathologist and a surgeon.

The cause of it should also be diagnosed, to prevent more collection in future.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions, I will be happy to help.

Regards,
