Pain Under Feet And Toe, Feet Throbs, Feel Tight In Sneakers. Done X-ray

Hi...
I've been experiencing pain under both feet and my 4th toe on my right foot is painful as well. At times the feet throb and feel tight in my sneakers. I am on my feet all day at work.
Had xray of right foot - showed nothing.
I sometimes can't walk from the pain.
Do you know what this can be?
I am a 52 y o female.
Thanks much!!
