Pain While Passing Urine, Mild Bleeding, Often Hold Urine Due To Job Circumstances, Partner Clean With STD. Cause?
When I use go to pee it hurts at the end. It doesn t burn it hurts. And I bleed after but it s not alot and it is pink not red. I am a cashier and sometimes have to hold my urine until someone comes to relieve me. I drink plenty of water daily. I am sexually active but have only had sex with one person who I am currently still with. He has been checked and is clean. I just don t understand what is wrong.
Hello dear...
Pain during urination indicate either trauma to the urinary passages or Urinary tract infection.
The management involves:
1. Drinking lots of water (it dilutes the urine & reduces the burning sensation)
2. Antibiotics such as Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice in a day.
3. If there is associated fever, then paracetamol 500 mg three times in a day can be added.
So..it will be better to get a urine examination done & consult a Urologist.
One more thing...avoid acidic foods, carbonated drinks and alcohol...& maintain good hygiene.
There is no need to worry...you will perfectly alright.
Wishing you a speedy recovery.
Thanks & take care
