Hi,

I can understand your concern for the small holes and hard skin in bottom of feet.

After reading the query, in my opinion it appears to be two possibilities:

1. Planter wart: There are small points of holes on the area with pain.

2. Corn or callocities: There is thick skin on the area with pain over the same.

I suggest you to apply salicylic acid cream application because are best effective in these condition.

Do not pinch, pop or scratch or even touch the area unnecessarily as it can cause aggravation of the rash.

Wear cotton socks and soft shoes which will give a soothing feeling to the skin.

It would be best to consult a dermatologist for the best possible cause.

Take care.
