Painful Back, Hip, Calf. Better When Sitting. Cramp?

Hi,
About 4 days ago, my back was sore. Nothing big, just kind of tight and sore - likely slept wrong. That night, the left side of my hip and lower calf became very sore- felt like a Charlie horse. It still hurts, mostly when I sleep on that side or my back, when I stand or walk. Feels better when I sit. If I set cross-legged and tilt my head down, it also hurts- like pulling on a muscle. Tired stretching, and pickle juice in case it was a cramp.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain in your back is likely to be due to a muscle cramp due to a bad posture. Adequate rest, hot fomentation, mild pain killers and oral muscle relaxants will help in decreasing the symptoms.
