Painful Bowel Movement, Occasional Bleeding, Acidity And Hemorrhoids. What Is The Problem?

Unable to pass gas, with out pain. Plus when I do have a BM it is very painful, sometime there is blood. Plus my stool is well I say it looks like cat poo, because it is small in size. I do have hemorrhoids is this just part of that? Or could something else be wrong.

Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Presence of pain while defecation could be due to associated Fissure in another.
I would suggest you thorough examination from Surgeon.
In the meantime I would suggest you following which will definitely help

1. Hot seitz bath
2. Perianal application of Local xylocaine ointment
3. Plenty of oral fluids and high fiber diet
4. Stool softener like Lactulose will be helpful

I hope it helped

In case you require any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
