Painful Bruise On Left Upper Of Calf Growing Constantly. No Injury Recalled. Recommendations?
I have a big bruise on left upper side of of my calf. It just showed up after I picked up my kids from daycare and it was a little painful walking so I pulled up my scrub pants and saw a bruise with a little bit of a knot that has continuously gotten bigger. I Dont recall hitting my leg in that area so it makes me wonder what it could be
Hi welcome to Health care magic forum. Thanks for calling H.C.M.Forum. You have a big bruice, on the left upper side of the calf. started as a small pain full bruice with a little bit of a knot, which continuously getting bigger. no history of injury. It appears to be a boil, or a grouth in the calf area. I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have MRI, besides other routine tests for confirmation. You may need to have an incision and drainage of the swelling, for relief. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Best regards.
