Painful Bumps On Labia Majora, Groin Sore. Possible Reason?

I have painful bumps on my labia majora that I noticed two days ago, I thought that they might just be pimples because the day before I noticed them my boyfriend have me oral. but they are still there and very painful. and now I've noticed that my groins are very sore all of a sudden. I have been with the same guy for two and a half years and he was a virgin when we got together. what could this be?
