Painful Chest, Left Hand Pain, Painful Neck. Taking Dolo. Taken ECG. Side Effects?

Hi, my name is rishi i have been suffering from pain on my left side of the chest to the total of my left hand with last two fingers and having pain left side of my back and getting some pain upto neck, so i went to doctor and for cardiologist theres nothing its just a muscle pain,and suggested me to take 3 dolo 650 mg for 3 days and optineur on 3ml for 1 week. is it okey ? i completed taking dolo 9 tabls for 3 days. now i have seen the sides effects and worrying about it.

But my pain seems like below link

But doctor said its a muscle problem. Even i have take ECG which shows rate 77. PR 165, QRSD 88, QT 364, QTC 412,
Axis
P 59, QRS 55, T 33
please help me

Thanks for your query to us.
All medications bring used in English system of medicine (Allopathy) have some side effects. They are always within permissible limits and with a limited incidence in clinical trials. Only then they are given permission to be used in open market.
If you feel you have any abnormal feeling or symptoms because of DOLO, please do report to your doctor. Otherwise do not worry without any reason. If your pain is not resolved please see your doctor for further evaluation.
Your ECG parameters as has been mentioned are within normal limit, although ECG is best interpreted by looking at it and knowing patient details.
