Painful Itchy Red Bumps, Extremely Painful. Nails And Toes Around Nails Look Yellow. Is It Infected?

hello i have very painful itchy red circle puss filled bumps starts out looking like a pimple . extremely sharp painful brown dot in the center of the circle . some are draining. spreading from face arms torso buttt legs. randomly placed. also now along with this all around the nails on my fingers and toes looks yellow and very tight and seems infected like dry puss. all 20, HELP PLEASE leisa kmiec 480-406-7594

Hello,
Thanks for the query,

You might be suffering from pustular psoriasis.

Another condition having similar presentation is candida infection.

You may require treatment with steri=oids or anti fungals depending upon the condition.

A phoyograph would have helped in diagnosis.
