Painful Rash On Penis, Sensitive Head, Appears Like Foreskin Has Collar Around Upper Penis. What Could Be This?
My friend has painful rash on Penis, head it very sensitive also the foreskin has retracted and will not some down over the head he is un circumsized it appers that the fore skin has made a collar around the upper penis his primary doctor says this is common but the medication is doing no good, he has very painful times with this condition

Welcome to HCM>The rash would probably be a fungal infection,this will need local antifungal medication like Clotrimazole.If the foreskin is tight ,it would make sense to have a small surgical procedure called prepuloplasty /circumcision which will enable full retraction of the foreskin.
