Painful Ribs, Stabbing Sensation, Unable To Take Deep Breath, Back Pain. What Is Going On?

I am haveing sharp pains in my ribs when I breath, mostly when I lay down it happens. It feels like I am being stabbed, I have had tis happen befor but never this often. I also am haveing a little bit of dull pain in my chest when I take a deep breath.my stomach also feels weird. I am also have a little back pain when I sit in a chair or am not upright.

Sounds like you have pleurisy. This is usually caused by a viral infection. This causes inflammation of the lining around the lungs and the chest wall. You can take Advil or Alleve per the bottle instructions for about a week and this should help.
