Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic
the pain and tingling is due to pressure over the cervical spinal roots
it seems you are suffering from cervical spondilitis
you need physiotherapy
sleep on a hard bed
keep the neck in extended position by means of a cervical collor
take analgesics like paracetamol /ibuprofen if pain is severe
if no improvement within 1-2 weeks
better consult orthopedician
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Take care
