Painful Stomach And Belly Button On Right Side. History Of Removal Of Ovaries And Adhessions From Intestines. Normal?

I just had Both ovaries removed on the 23rd. And some adhessions from my intestines. In Jan. I had a my cervix and uterus removed due to cervical cancer. My left side and belly button are ok.. my right side is very painful. I cannot lay on that side. Is this normal to still be in so much pain. I know it's only been 3 days but this feels worse than my hysterectomy.

Hello,

Postoperative pain is normal if the intensity of pain decreases by every passing day.
On the contrary if the pain increases if may be due to postoperative complications like bleeding, hematoma, infection etc..
Consult your doctor and get reevaluated.
