These symptoms looks to related to anal fissure or hemorrhoids.Anal fissure and is the mucosal tear at the external part of anal canal.
Haemorrhoids are normal vascular structures in the anal canal which help with stool control. They become pathological or piles when swollen or inflamed.
Stool softener and local analgesic and anesthetic gel along with high high fiber diet could relieve the symptoms.
If symptoms persist consult with the surgeon for clinical correlation and need for surgery.
