Painful Throat, Stuck Up Sensation, Cold, Difficulty In Swallowing. What Is It?
Hows it going. After eating KFC a couple nights ago i quickly noticed i had a pain in my throat that felt like something was literally there. I still have it now. My throat isn't soar the way it would be from a minor cold or anything but whenever i swallow it does feel like something is there. Something huge and its very painful. Any Suggestions?
The sequence of events and description given by you suggest you have had something stuck in your throat after eating out few days ago. Sometimes, a small bone piece (usually fish bone) could get struck in the tonsillar surface causing this sensation. Many a times, there could be just a small abrasion caused by a hard object like bone piercing the mucosa while being swallowed; still you will have similar sensation till the wound heals. Anyways, we cannot say the exact reason without proper examination. Suggest, you visit an ENT specialist.
