The pain is across the top of the stomach under ribs like a tight band, also have pain upper left of stomach when I lift my left leg its painful there and also when I depress the clutch on the car. Initially diagnosed with H pylor but doc says clear after antibiotics. Taking Ranitidine at the moment indigestion better but still in pain.

Welcome to HCM.You need to see your doctor /Gasteroenterologist who can treat the h pylori infection with the requisite drugs.GERD will need to be ruled out .Use of Sucralfate ,a drug which protects the gastric mucosa from damage may be added to the therapy along with the antibiotics,PPIs and other drugs.A Ultrasound scan to rule out gall bladder disease and pancreatic problems may help.
