Paining While Urinating. Had Pee Hole Closing Problem In Childhood. Normal Cystoscopy. Advice?
My boyfriend has having difficulty going to the bathroom and pain during urination. He has to push very hard to get anything out and his stream starts and stops. He gets up multiple times (3+) during the night because of pressure in his bladder and he has to pee. He has been to a doctor as well as a urologist and had a cystoscopy, but they found nothing. He thinks that his pee hole is closing; he had this issue multiple times in his childhood and they had to stretch it or something. Please help us!

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
In my opinion this is a case of narrow opening of external urethral meatus (opening of urethra).
Since problem is from childhood , so more an indication of meatus related.
In my opinion consult one more surgeon and get hid opinion.
2nd cause may be mild degree strictures in urethra.
Physical examination by a doctor will find out the exact cause of painful urination.
