Painless Lump On Right Side Of Outer Labia. Taking Antibiotics, Washing With Anti Bacterial Soap. What Could Be This?

painless lump on the right side of outter libia. Has it for 3 plus weeks now. Wore jeans and it started to pain for two days and was feeling nausea. Today is has now become painless. Been taking antibiotics since the pain starts. When I apply warm water or wash with anti-bacterial soap, it helps to take down the swelling only for a period of time. What could it be?

Hi,

Based on the information it seems like you are having pain less lump kind of stuff at outer libia and you are taking an antibiotics as well as doing anti-bacterial soap wash still nothing help and wanted to know what it could be.

The answer to that question is it seems like a clogged up Barholin Gland Cyst.

Advice:- consult nearby OBGYN- its a little procedure that need to be done and it will be removed in clinic. The procedure is as follows.
1) Cleaning the vulva and vagina with an antiseptic solution.
2) Injecting a numbing medicine (local anesthetic) in the vulva area.
3) Making a small cut (incision) into the cyst.
4) Draining the fluid out of the cyst.

Hope it helps.
Thanks for the query.
