Pains In Joints, Numbness On Fingers And Tiredness. Could It Be Fibromyalgia? What Is The Medication?

I have been experiencing pains in my joints/muscles in both arms for the past month. My arms feel like dead weight and sometimes my fingers feel numb. I am extremely tired too and no matter how early I go to bed, I still have trouble getting up in the morning. I am afraid this may be something like MS or Fibromalgya (spelt wrong I think). Should I go and get some bloodwork done and see my doctor?? Thank you
