Suggest Alternate Medication For Fibromyalgia If Eliwel-10 And Milnace 25 Do Not Work?

I m suffering fybromyalgia by the past 22 years and now it is highly affecting my daily life. always feeling weakness and tiredness, veinsand nurves are aching like flu what medicine I can take. Now, one dr prescribed Eliwel-10 and milnace 25. but no relaxation to my pain, but turned again weak.

HELLO N WELLCOME. AN ALTERNATE OPTION IS TO START CAP LYTA 20 MG ( DULOXETINE) PLUS CAP NEOGAB 300 MG BD. DO LOOK FOR OPTIONS SUCH AS PHYSIOTHERAPY N MASSAGE AS THEY HAVE PROVEN BENEFIT TOO. THANX
