Pale Face, Visible Lines, Dark Circles Under Eyes, Get Waves Of Tiredness During The Day. What Could Be Wrong?

Hi i have a very pale face which shows the lining of my eyes and looks very dark under the eyes. During the day i get waves of tiredness but then i would feel fine 10 minutes or so after. I have pale skin in general but my face just looks a complete different colour. Its getting to the point that my friends are asking me all the time am i sick. Is there something wrong with me or is it just my normal skin complextion

most common cause in india is anaemia related problem
i advice to consult your family physician and get your routine health check done
