Hello. I'm sorry you're not feeling well. Your pallor, fatigue and the dark shadows under your eyes are suggestive of anemia, which could be due to any number of issues. Any condition that interferes with
red blood cell production, accelerates red cell destruction or causes blood loss can lead to anemia: iron deficiency, autoimmune diseases (lupus or
rheumatoid arthritis, for example), bone marrow failure (
aplastic anemia),
gastrointestinal bleeding, leukemia, thalassemia, and
vitamin B12 deficiency are among the many causes of anemia.
Since you didn't mention how tall you are, it's difficult to say if you're underweight. (At nine stone, if you're taller than 5'9" [1.75 m], you're underweight.) Further, without a thorough medical examination it isn't possible to say if your low body weight is associated with your other symptoms -- although it certainly could be.
I urge you to see a physician. I got the impression from your history that your symptoms are growing gradually worse; it's time for an evaluation.
Good luck!
