Palinopsia, Period Problem, Muscle Twitches, Trouble Reading Black On White Texts. Tests Clear. Advise?

any idea what might cause the following -

palinopsia, progressively worsening over a period (so far) of about 6 months, recent development of muscle twitches, trouble reading black on white text and get interference patterns from contrasting high frequency patterns (like drainage grilles, escalator steps (grooved metal) etc ) had mri, blood tests, tests for lyme disease and nutritional (b12, calcium, D etc) and so far all is clear. any leads would be appreciated.. cheers,

The symptoms that you have could be related to fibromyalgia or an autoimmune disorder since all the blood test and MRI scans have come up clear till now. You need to consult a rheumatologist for the same.
