hello Dr i am ramachandra , 31years old since last 3 and half years i am having pani= c attacks when ever i go out alone .i am not going out( not too far from my= place or my the place ware i feel safe)with out taking a friend with me. p= lease help, i fear that if i go out side alone some thing happens to me, li= ke i may have heart attack or my blood presure rises like that, even thou i= am perfectly health and i dont have any of these health problems i am terr= ified to go out alone. you can understand how my situation ruining my life, i am not going for job or = any ware. PLEASE HELP
