Para-median Posterolateral Protrusion At Cervices, Axillary Recess Narrowing, Some Effacement Of The Axillary Recess, Low Lying Tonsils. What Are The Treatment Options?
Hello, I have a right paramedian posterolateral protrusion at C4-C5 with narrowing of the axillary recess. This should be compared with a C4 radiculopathy on the right. There is also some effacement of the axillary recess on the right. The other disks demonstrate normal morphology and signal intensity. The tonsils are not low lying. What are treatment options?
Hello. Thanks for writing to us. You have only mild degree changes in your spine that can be taken care of with mild pain killers and muscle relaxants. Regular physiotherapy will also help. I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. Regards, Dr. Praveen Tayal , drtayal72@gmail.com
