Parasite In Blood, Yellow Discharge From Anus, Gastric Issues, Bumps On Collarbone. What Can Help?

I know I have a parasite in my blood. It started out with round, black, large flea size mark on the bottom, front of my neck between the the 2 bumps of my collarbone. When it didn't scratch off, I tried tweezers, I could not tear it out and the sound it made was of metal scraping against metal. After a few tries it burrowed into my skin leaving a hole that quickly was covered by I guess skin. It took maybe 1/2 of a second to be sealed. If I squeezed it as hard as I could it shot blood quite a distance. It has metaphorsized a few years later and I have this first brown, now yellow jelly coming out of my anus and a lot of gas for a couple of weeks. It felt like there was a bowel movement coming but it never came. It has curtailed and I now see my dog has the problem. Doctors I have seen never find anything wrong and imply I am making this all up. I am not one to complain or ever really dwell on ailments. I need to know what dangers, if any, lay ahead. My husband has a parasite too. Though happening all at the exact same time, was a little different. I know it is the same . We refuse to go to a doctor now, it is degrading. Is there an alternative, something over the counter maybe? I just lost my job and do not have money to spare, if you can't answer without payment, Ill go without your answer. Thank you anyway.

Infectious Diseases Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Firstly I want to tell you few things about different parasitic infections which can cause gastric problems. There is giardiasis which causes diarrhea and gastritis like symptoms. Then there is infections with hookworm or roundworm which usually cause gastrointestinal problems.
As these parasites infect the gut, they can be seen in stool. So I suggest a stool examination for ova, cysts or whole parasites. Based on the test result you can get in touch with your GP for appropriate therapy. You have to approach a doctor for the prescription of drugs.Thanks.
