Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your description it sounds like you are having panic/anxiety. These are all symptoms of severe worry especially after an event such as this. Typically STD such as HIV would cause swelling of the lymph nodes, high fever, general malaise, vomiting, chills, diarrhea. I think you are worrying because of the events and should look up signs and symptoms of anxiety. Best bet is to not have sex with prostitutes and to avoid risky behavior to avoid STD contraction. Even if they had HIV and the condom broke, it does not mean you have been infected.
