Hi, Thank you for asking question on health care magic the cause dysentery in your child is due to infection if your baby is not opening the mouth may be due to sickness and irritation you may put her on your lap and give fluids with a paladi through the angle of her mouth as she is 6 months old you may give breast feeding as well if the feeding is not sufficient in the face of chronic dysentery it may lead to malnutrition any it is better you consult a pediatrician for rational management of the case ishall be happy to answer any further queries Hope this answer will serve your purpose Take care Dr.M.V.Subrahmanyam MD;DCH Associate professor of pediatrics
