Patchy Airspace Shadowing Is Seen In The Right Upper Zone

Patchy airspace shadowing is seen in the right upper zone likely due to infective changes. The rest of the lunges show no focal consolidation. The heart is not enlarged. Aortic knob is mildly calcific. Both costophrenic sulci are intact. No pleural effusion is seen.
