But usually it accompanies with other symptoms like pain during micturition, urgency and increased frequency of urination etc symptoms. - Intermenstrual spotting can be seen due to hormonal imbalance. Sometimes endometrial tissue can shed along with bleeding. -Post coital tear can lead to passage of blood. Bits of hymen also sometimes can shed after intercourse. -Hemorrhoids, anal fissure etc conditions can lead to passage of blood in stool. That can be mistaken for vaginal bleeding sometimes. So, if the bleeding persists, better to consult gynecologist once and get examined.
