Peeling Of Skin And Redness Around The Nose And Lips. What Is The Treatment?

For the past couple of months I have had peeling and redness areas between the bridge of my nose and my upper lip as well as on my chin . At first, I thought it was from dry shaving or allergy to the shaving cream, so I stopped shaving altogether. Then, with no awareness, it started again. Any ideas of what it could be and how to correct it?
