Pelvic And Trans-vaginal Ultrasound Showed Poorly Defined Area With Small Cystic Areas, Leiomyoma, Adenomyosis. Meaning?

i wend my pelvic and tranvaginal scan every year and this year the report shows under impression that poorly defined area containing into small cystic spaces may be myometrial 4 subendometrial. Leiomyoma with cystic degenation and adenomyosis are narrowing considred. The uteres measures 11.4 x 6.4c 6.7 cm and no focam lessions seen the overies are normal in size and no adnexal cyst of mass present, no fluid is present in the cul de sac. what does all this mean?

The report shows that there are fibroids in your uterus with mystic changes. It is the most common benign tumor of vary. And adenomyosis is the increased number ofglands which leads to increased bleeding episodes during periods. And all other orgaNS are normal.
